Kolejny singiel "Will O The Wisp" za 3 dni.
It’s a song inspired by Dun Ringill by Jethro Tull (from the album Stormwatch, 1979). I wanted to do a song with my capo really high, so it’s up on the fifth fret. It makes the guitar sound really glittery. I just wanted to go for a simple, catchy vocal melody. It has a slightly positive vibe to it, but the lyrics are really, really dark. It’s a beautiful song, I think. I’m really happy with that one.
"Will O the Wisp" – a folksy acoustic number featuring some mid-song bluesy soloing, "Will O the Wisp" looks nostalgically back to the stripped down experimentation of Damnation somewhat, and essentially acts as a somber buffer between the heavier workouts bookending it. Capably rendered, but not really an album highlight.
Will O The WispEdit: ca³kiem niez³e, z pocz±tku trochê jakby rzeczywi¶cie Jethro Tull (w za¶piewie Majka), a potem ma co¶ z 'Roads'.
Kiedy¶ Opeth wywarza³ przyrdzewia³e drzwi gatunkowych horyzontów, Misiek by³ moim Wernychor±, Wizjonerem, a teraz....nie kwestionujê, ¿e piêkne, ale jednak mocno zachowawcze granie
