Jima Matheosa (Fates Warning) i Kevina Moore’a (Chroma Key, ex-Dream Theater) ponownie wspar³ w studiu Gavin Harrisom (Porcupine Tree) - poza nagraniem partii perkusji tym razem równie¿ wzi±³ udzia³ w komponowaniu jednego z utworów.

23. kwietnia Paradise Lost wyda kolejny album, tym razem zatytulowany 'Tragic Idol'. Jak sam Mackintosh twierdzi:

I mamy pierwszy kawalek z tej plyty. Jak dla mnie rewelacja. Czuje sie, jakbym sluchal zagubionej tasmy z czasow 'Draconian Times'...

Cholera, chyba zaczynam sie tego Quidamu bac. Jak robili kawalki po 10 minut to bylem spokojny, a tu jakies to takie piosenkowe. A pierwszy numer to w ogole sie jakis radiowy wydaje (jak to moja Lepsza Polowka stwierdzila, brzmi jak Piasek O_o). Ale znajac ich profesjonalizm pewnie bedzie ok.
